Cancellation and no-show policy

Cancellations without penalty for reservations will be made in writing via email at least 48 hours before check-in.
Otherwise, the cancellation under other conditions as well as the client's no-show, incurs the CLIENT's obligation to pay for one night's accommodation.
If the reservation is made for more than one hotel day, the customer's no-show leads to the cancellation of the reservation for the other hotel days and gives Bedrock Services the right to offer the booked accommodation to other customers.

Cancellation of reservations for groups of tourists (minimum 3 apartments) is made at least 10 (ten) days before check-in under the penalty of losing the advance paid. Modification or cancellation of the reservation can only be done in writing, mentioning the name of the person making it.

Bedrock may accept the change requested by the BENEFICIARY subject to availability.

If the change refers to elements that were the basis for granting a preferential rate (long-term stay - minimum 5 days or a minimum number of apartments, etc.) Bedrock Services has the right to change the rate. The extension of the accommodation period is announced at least 24 hours before the expiry of the stay period and can be carried out by Bedrock Services subject to availability.
